Rattlesnake Debuts Prix Fixe Menu for Sunday Evenings

Hailed by critics as "the best of Palm Springs dining" and "the epitome of luxury dining," Rattlesnake is now offering an incredible prix fixe experience that will tantalize even the most astute of palates.
Rattlesnake's new Sunday Prix Fixe begins with an organic mixed green salad with Fall vegetables, lavash crisp and a cider ginger essence.
Next, diners are tempted with a choice of either pan-roasted wild king salmon with black and red lentils, golden chanterelles in a chive froth or Prime Angus beef short ribs braised in barbecue spices with herbed goat cheese cauliflower mash in scallion oil.
The evening concludes with a warm bittersweet chocolate martini with passion-mango ice cream and mandarin vodka soaked raspberries. The entire experience is just $29.00 plus gratuity.
Rattlesnake's new prix fixe menu is served Sundays from 5-9 p.m.; the full menu is also available. Regular dining hours are Wednesday-Saturday from 6-10 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling (760) 775-2880.
Both the new Sunday Prix Fixe and the full Rattlesnake menu were created by Rattlesnake"s master chef and three-time James Beard Award winning chef Jimmy Schmidt.
Schmidt is world-famous for incorporating local seasonal vegetables into his creations, and that seasonal flair means the menu at Rattlesnake is constantly evolving to embrace the freshest and finest foods available.

Shrimp Frenzy continues on Wednesdays with twelve different shrimp dishes including Shrimp Brochettes, Shrimp Scampi, Shrimp Pizza, Salads and Stir-Fry.
October is national Vegetarian Month, and Grand Palms Buffet celebrates on Thursdays with its Vegetarian Garden menu.
